Reach Technologies is an authorized service provider for Kyocera/Copystar, HP, Lexmark, Brother, Epson, and KIP. Reach has offices in GA, FL, TN, AL, WV/OH with our corporate office in Buford, GA. Reach sells hardware, copiers, printer and IT services, office supplies, print/promotions, and mailing systems. Duties Perform diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance Maintain equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications Manage an assigned territory of printer devices or MFPs Maintain an accurate assigned car stock of parts inventory Deliver exceptional customer service Contribute as a team player Work independently with strong time management Requirements Minimum 2-3 years related experience, certified training preferred Desire and ability to work independently and reliably Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Excellent customer relation skills Strong time management, organization skills, and self-motivator Basic computer knowledge: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, work at floor level, and walk long distances Work Location: Work from our AL location. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
