What You'll Be Doing:

• Full-Service Styling: Precision cuts, styles, vibrant color, highlights, and facial waxing.
• Real Consultations: Connecting with people from all walks of life and making sure they leave feeling confident.
• The "Clean Team" Vibe: We run a professional shop. That means we all pitch in on the essentials (sweeping, laundry/towels, scrubbing the bowls, and keeping the retail shelves stocked). If the salon looks good, we all look good.
• Tech & Operations: Using our simple POS system to check guests in and out and handle basic salon math.

What We Need From You:

• A Valid License: You must have a current Cosmetology or Barber license.
• Reliability: High traffic requires a team that shows up. We need people who can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when we are skin-deep in guests.
• Energy: You'll be on your feet, moving, and working with your hands all day. You should be comfortable with the physical pace of a busy salon.
• Professionalism: You can handle the "hustle" while keeping your station clean and your attitude positive.
