Job Description
Living Well 4 Life Center is seeking a dependable, energetic Exercise and Patient Care Assistant to work directly with patients performing doctor prescribed exercises, stretches, and therapeutic procedures.
This is an active, hands-on back-office position working directly with patients in a busy chiropractic and wellness practice. You will help guide patients through doctor-prescribed exercises and stretches, assist with therapeutic procedures and equipment, prepare treatment areas, and help maintain an efficient flow of patients through the office.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable in an active environment, and can manage several responsibilities while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Guide patients through prescribed exercises and stretches
• Assist patients with therapeutic procedures and equipment
• Prepare and maintain patient treatment areas
• Help keep patients moving efficiently through their scheduled care
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and the clinical team
• Follow established office procedures and doctor instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional treatment environment
• Assist the clinical team as needed during busy patient hours
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Friendly, professional and comfortable working directly with patients
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Comfortable being on your feet throughout the workday
• Coachable and willing to learn our established procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in exercise, fitness, health or wellness preferred
• Previous healthcare, exercise, fitness or patient-care experience is helpful, but not required
No chiropractic experience is necessary. We will train the right person.
COMPENSATION:
$20–$25 per hour, based on experience
SCHEDULE:
Monday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
Tuesday: 12:00 PM–6:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM–11:30 AM and 2:00 PM–6:30 PM
Thursday: 12:00 PM–6:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
Approximately 30–35 hours per week.
No weekends.
