    • Reinforce understanding of protocol amendments, operational updates, and study-specific educational content following Sponsor approval and training.

        • Promptly escalate material enrollment, protocol comprehension, site engagement, or reputational risks.
          Insights and Strategic Intelligence
          • Capture structured insights regarding protocol feasibility, eligibility criteria, recruitment barriers, patient flow, referral patterns, site needs, and competing trial dynamics.
          • Distinguish factual observations from interpretation and vendor recommendations.
          • Submit insights in the Sponsor-designated system and within agreed timelines.
          • Provide recurring analysis of themes, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions at program and territory level.
            Cross-Functional Collaboration
            • Coordinate with Sponsor-designated Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, and vendor stakeholders.
            • Participate in launch, governance, enrollment, and risk-review meetings at the agreed cadence.
            • Maintain clear role boundaries and route issues to the accountable Sponsor function.
            • Coordinate activities with CRAs and other site-facing personnel to avoid duplication and excess site burden.
